Before signing the contract, Bensun Technology provides customers with various production line planning solutions, and provides equipment technical consultation, equipment selection and other services.
After-sale Training
According to the contract, all machines provided by Bensun Technology are installed and commissioned by our company. After the sales contract is signed, our company will determine the installation location as soon as possible.
Before installing the equipment, please complete the basic construction according to the basic drawings provided by our company to meet the equipment installation requirements.
After the basic construction is completed and the machine arrives at the customer's site, our company's sales engineer will contact you to complete the installation and commissioning work in time.
Machine Maintenance
Our company provides free training for equipment operators until they are proficient in the technical principles of the equipment structure and can correctly program, operate, inspect, maintain and maintain the equipment.
